Unbreakable Spirit
The mountain split before me,
crashing down in roaring might.
Stone and thunder fell together,
turning daylight into night.
Yet I stood there, calm and steady,
though the earth beneath me shook-
for bravery burned brighter
than the strength that mountain took.
I never feared the marching armies,
their drums or iron tread;
I faced their storms unbroken,
with a lifted, unbowed head.
So why should I fear a torch-lit clash,
a battle made of flame and shout?
If war itself could not bend me,
this spark can’t wear me out.
I’ve walked through winds far sharper
than the whispers of today.
I’ve stood like ancient forests
as the cyclones tore their way.
If the mountain couldn’t shake me,
why fear a drifting sandstorm’s breath?
If fire never claimed me,
why fear a candle’s threat?
I am the rock unbroken,
the cliff untouched by time.
The river tried to carve me,
but it failed to change my spine.
I am the tree that rooted deep
when lightning split the sky-
I rose again from ashes
when the weaker hearts would cry.
Let the sandwinds dance around me,
let the torches flicker high-
I’ve stared into the darkest storms
and watched them pass me by.
What others call impossible
is the path I choose to climb-
I faced the world’s great fury
and stood undefeated every time.
And now I stand with open arms,
embracing what’s to come.
For every trial I’ve endured,
has shaped the strength I’ve become.
No mountain high, no storm too wild,
can break the spirit’s will-
for within me burns a fire,
that nothing can distill.
So let the future test me,
let the unknown have its will.
For I am bound by courage,
and my heart is fierce and still.
With every step, I rise again,
more fearless than before-
for I am endless, unwavering,
and destined to soar evermore.
