The True Face of Victory

Victory wears many faces,

Not all that shines is true;

A world may call you a winner,

Yet your heart may whisper, No, not you.

Like seeds beneath the silent soil,

Our deeds take time to grow.

Patience waters hidden roots,

And courage helps the fear to go.

Failure is but shadowed light,

Bravery turns it bright.

Even in the darkest nights,

We glimpse the path of right.

In shadows cast by fleeting fame,

Success and failure are not the same.

What society proclaims as gold,

May hide a truth that’s deep and old.

Small triumphs feel like mountains,

Yet truth lies far away.

The worth of every victory

Demands reflection each day.

Shortcut paths may seem allure,

But truth’s pure stream shall always endure.

Effort, effort-steady, slow-

Guides us where true riches grow.

No shortcut leads to honor,

No veil can hide the real.

Truth must guide our journey,

And steady hands must feel.

Beyond the chase for fleeting fame,

Lies service, love-a sacred aim.

In giving, we find our worth,

Building peace upon this earth.

In chasing dreams and glory,

Let service light your way.

With love, trust, and selfless hearts,

Peace and joy will stay.
