Spy Girl in the Honey-Bright Mind
The mind, a delicate beauty, hidden deep within,
a fragile glass reflecting shadows and light,
soft as dawn, yet full of storms unseen,
it holds the quiet pulse of who I am.
And there, like honey-bright sparks,
desires bloom-sweet, warm, insistent,
glowing in the hidden corners,
tiny fires in the silent night.
Some flutter like gentle wings,
soft as whispered promises,
some blaze like autumn stars,
dangerous, dazzling, calling me to leap.
Enter the spy girl, cloaked in mystery’s glow,
her eyes like midnight’s secret show-
a guardian of truths, silent and wise,
a whispering shadow with secrets in her eyes.
I cradle these sparks of longing,
between caution and abandon,
wondering which to feed,
which to let fade like mist at sunrise.
She watches from shadows, silent yet near,
knowing the fears that haunt my sphere-
a gentle reminder, hidden yet clear,
that love and desire are both far and near.
Behind her gaze, a quiet seed grew-
a whisper of fears I never knew,
a secret space where shadows hide,
and vulnerability begins to slide.
Yet even in their fleeting, trembling glow,
they teach me the tender truth:
that the mind’s fragile beauty
and the honey-bright sparks of desire
are not enemies, but partners-
leading me, slowly,
toward the quiet warmth of being whole.
The spy girl’s quiet secrets blend,
with all the longing I defend-
in shadows and dawn, in night and day,
truths uncovered along the way.
For in embracing both the shadow and the light,
the fragile mind and desires bright-
I find the strength to truly see,
the mystery within, the love set free.
