Seahorse Serenade
In emerald hush of coral gardens,
A tiny knight in armor spun from lace,
Drifts with tail curled tight,
A fragile wonder in the ocean’s maze.
Love is not a promise carved in stone,
Yet in these drifting tides, I ask alone-
Can you feel the silent currents I hide,
The secret pulses I’ve kept inside?
In coral chambers of my heart’s deep reef,
Fears swirl like minnows in shy belief,
Will your warm sunbeam break through my salt-salted tears,
And dry the echoes of my quiet fears?
In every flicker of its fin,
A quiet tale of love and life begins-
A story only the deep can know,
Of hope’s soft crest and silent flow.
No rush, no roar, just graceful sway,
A creature of strength and grace each day,
It dances through gentle currents free,
A symbol of the ocean’s silent decree.
In the quiet depths, I love you-more than the greatest swell,
Yet longings cling where shadows dwell,
Will you read the whispers in my silent stream,
And understand the love I scarcely dream?
Circle close, and let your tail entwine,
Rest in your sway, be mine-be mine.
Storms may churn but in your gentle tide,
I find my refuge, my place to hide.
Buried whispers in the sands of time,
Shall I unearth them, or leave them sublime?
I tremble in the ocean’s hush,
Hoping your love can hush my rush.
Touch my snout, a quiet refrain,
Press your heart against mine again
In your calm waters, I find my peace,
A love so deep, it will never cease.
Even if words fail my trembling fins,
Know my love beneath the surface begins-
A steadfast heart wrapped in fin,
A symbol of the ocean’s silent strife within.
So let our voices rise as one,
A dawn of hope for everyone.
With love and light our guiding way,
We shape a brighter, kinder day.
