Still, I Rise Within

Beneath the rain-kissed earth I stand,

A tender sprout within my hand.

Though life may tremble, shadows call,

I feel the dawn begin to crawl.

Clouds of pain drift through my mind,

Yet sunlight’s promise still I find.

Though shattered dreams may fade away,

Hope’s small wings refuse to sway.

When my weary heart begins to fall,

A quiet voice begins to call—

The seed of strength, awakened deep,

Reminds me what I’m meant to keep.

Life isn’t just a fleeting test,

But daily rebirth—my very best.

And in that moment, soft and true,

I hear myself say, “I can too.”

That silent, steadfast inner flame,

Survives and burns beyond all shame—

A testament to all I am:

The human spirit’s timeless psalm.
