A Whisper Beyond the Sky
I’m gone beyond the far and silent sky above,
Yet someone weeps for me with quiet love.
A hidden tear falls softly, slow and clear,
Into the earth where sleeping dreams appear.
Like morning dew that rests on trembling leaves,
It sinks through soil where tender memory grieves.
Still warm, it burns like embers fading low,
And guards the words we never let to show.
If sorrow keeps for me a secret space,
A silent ache no passing eyes can trace,
Let it glow softly like the twilight’s gleam,
A silver thread that binds us like a dream.
For love is like the rain on summer air,
It falls though I am no longer there.
And in that hush my spirit lingers near,
Like distant music drifting to your ear.
Not lost, but woven deep in time’s own thread,
Like echoes living long after they’re said.
Though I have crossed beyond what eyes can see,
Your quiet tears still carry part of me.
So when the night is filled with gentle rain,
And memory stirs with soft, unspoken pain,
Know I remain, though hidden from your sight-
A whispered warmth that glows within the night.
